I'm a native of Bay City, Michigan, where I was born and raised. It's also where I began my professional journey, attending Delta College for Electronic Media Broadcasting. After building a foundation in video production, I made the exciting move to New York City in 2020 to pursue opportunities in media and entertainment, leveraging my skills as a producer, writer, and editor in a dynamic new setting.
I launched my career by honing my skills as a Corporate Video Specialist at Dow Chemical. This experience gave me a solid foundation in both video editing and creating engaging motion graphics for an in-house studio as well as executing branded content. I then transitioned to live news at Cheddar News, first as a Production Assistant before being promoted to Segment Producer. This tenure built my expertise in high-stakes, live video production , requiring me to write scripts, book guests, and lead production teams. As a Segment Researcher for NBCUniversal's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, I focus on the critical pre-production phase, driving content by creating extensive research packets and conceiving unique branded segments for on-camera talent.
